Chamber Music Central . . .

           a 501(c)3 Non-profit Organization.
Founded in 1996, CMC provides educational opportunities for youth-adults to study and perform Chamber Music. Since the 1997 debut of Chamber Music Central's Summer Festival, thousands have participated in its programs. 

A scholarship fund provides tuition assistance to students with demonstrated need.
Our Passion . . . 

          Communication and Collaboration. 
CMC places and coaches musicians in Trios and Quartets, where they learn the importance of individual responsibility as well as collaboration through listening and effective communication.

Summer Programs . . .

           held at The Unquowa School, Fairfield CT

Sessions 1 and 2 (8-18 yrs): two-week chamber camps for intermediate to advanced musicians. Instructional coaching, recreation, theory, pizza parties, master classes and performances.

Amici Ensembles (14-22 yrs): one-week chamber "Boot Camp" for advanced musicians.
Academic Year Programs . . .

            allow students to continue Chamber Music studies and prepare for performance opportunities in our surrounding communities. 8-adult.

Convenient evening and weekend rehearsals at Fairfield, Norwalk and Westport locations.
Summer Programs . . .

CMC faculty are fine musicians in their own right and are especially GIFTED  in working with young Chamber Musicians.
